These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Mireva website (the "Site") and our wellness services, including IV hydration and weight loss programs. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Definitions
"User/Customer" means any visitor or purchaser. "Services/Products" means wellness offerings provided via the Site.
Acceptance of Terms
You must be 18+ and legally capable to use the Site. By checking the acceptance box or ordering, you agree unconditionally.
Use of the Site
Use only for lawful purposes. Prohibited: hacking, spam, IP infringement. We may suspend access for violations.
User Accounts and Orders
Provide accurate info for account creation. Orders confirmed via email with full invoice: product costs, total price (incl. VAT, delivery, taxes), delivery date/location.
Payments, Shipping, Returns
Payments are accepted via credit cards and approved local payment gateways.
Shipping is available across Saudi Arabia and GCC countries through authorized courier partners.
Returns are accepted within 7 days for unused and unopened devices and products in original packaging.
No refunds are provided for services once initiated.
Invoices are issued electronically after order confirmation and include applicable VAT.
Intellectual Property
All content owned by Mireva, protected under Saudi IP laws. No unauthorized use.
Data Protection
We protect your data per Saudi E-Commerce Law and PDPL. No retention beyond transaction without consent.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
Site "as is". No warranties. Liability limited to order value. Not liable for indirect losses.
Termination
We may terminate access for breach without notice.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
